Toronto, Canada
Fall 2015
At Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning, every fall semester consists of a one-week long Field Trip week to allow students to travel with their professors and explore the way architecture manifests itself in places all over the country. Upon my second year I had the opportunity to see a broader expression of architecture as our program travel through Canada. Following European influenced Montreal and the capital of Ottawa, Toronto was a place where I experienced the scalar implications of architecture and design as well as understanding how architecture can begin to influence growth and rebirth of an area or district.
